The NDES FOUNDATION has zero tolerance against abuse and exploitation of children and vulnerable persons and take full commitment to the gender sensitive safeguarding of all children and vulnerable persons from all forms of violence and abuse. We recognizes the importance of safeguarding and protecting all children and vulnerable persons and has thus taken the obligation to put in place all reasonable safeguarding measures to ensure, as far as possible, the safety and protection of children and vulnerable persons, including those with whom we work and those in the communities where our work is undertaken.. We take responsible positive action to ensure that we, as an organization, and all who represents us does not in any way harm, abuse or commit any other act of violence and exploitation against children and vulnerable persons.
