Ruthie Berk is a seasoned Consultant and Project Manager with a robust background in community engagement and driving positive social impact. Within the NDES Foundation, Ruthie plays a pivotal role in fortifying the organization’s partnership development efforts while lending support to communications and public relations strategies. Her diverse project portfolio includes collaborations with a global consultancy, focusing on initiatives to bridge the gender digital divide in India, enhance data privacy and security, advocate for community conservation, and promote equitable access to geospatial technologies.

Before her current role, Ruthie served as a Community Investor at Boeing, where she spearheaded a team of philanthropic program managers representing 30 countries and regions. Ruthie’s tenure was marked by her ability to forge and nurture global partnerships at the intersection of economic mobility and community well-being. This included investments aimed at unlocking the entrepreneurial potential of women and youth in North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Ruthie’s contributions extend to the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), where she actively engages in initiatives designed to mobilize women entrepreneurs in developing countries through innovative learning solutions.
